The pool was very large and clean. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot dishes and fresh fruit. the hotel was located near a metro station and shopping center, which made it easy to get around. It was also quiet, which was nice during the busy holiday season.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. There was also a lack of English-speaking staff, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

Really enjoyed it. Interesting base place for a city break in Tianjin! Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly

If you're planning a visit to isetan department store, don't miss out on staying in this place, with its great location and delicious breakfast, the Tanggu district is definitely worth a visit.

Rooms were too hot; the air conditioner runs only heat in winter months regardless of temperature outside.

location near to business center with sky train station with 5 mins walk. Lots of taxi around and easily access to mayor business within walking distance.

the room was adorned with exclusive amenities, such as soft and fluffy pillows, a firm mattress, and an ironing board with an iron. the hotel staff offered impeccable service and the restaurant provided delicious food. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, with its variety of Chinese and Western options. The swimming pool and sauna facilities added a touch of extra comfort to our stay, making us feel like we were staying at a five-star resort. Cons: Although this hotel was nearly perfect in every way, the only minor issue we experienced was the slow and unstable internet connection.

Room service staff should speak and understand English

During my Easter stay, I found the hotel’s location to be quite convenient, with easy access to public transportation and some nearby attractions. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view from the window. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the reliable Wi-Fi connection in the room.

the air conditioning system in the room was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably warm and stuffy. the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful, and there were some issues with the cleanliness of the common areas.

The room size and design was excellent. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower. All amenities included within the room, iron, press,etc. Although my room was right beside the lifts it was still reasonably quiet, no issues. Chinese buffet on my last night was excellent value and the food was beautiful.

I checked in early in the week, some of the restaurant's were closed. This left a limited choice for dinner. Not too much round the area except a very expensive shopping mall attached.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was equipped with a walk-in shower and all amenities needed. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help us. The best part was the delicious breakfast, with a wide range of options to choose from. We found the hotel's location very convenient as the taxi cost was only 12Rmb to the light rail station.

The hotel is located in the Binhai area, close to the High Speed Train station. There are restaurants available with good quality food, although some have been dysfunctional lately. the rooms are spacious with a modern design and there are power adapters in the bathrooms. the bed is comfortable with a heavy comforter for winter climates.

The hotel lacks a good heating system for the rooms, making them too warm at times.
